Fabulous
Great hotel, recommended
Liked: Great hotel, super comfortable, my room was new, I loved it. The cafeteria next door serves buffet breakfast every morning till 9:30 and later on you can order brunch a la carte.
Disliked: The lady on the afternoon/night shift was just smiling but had zero interest in helping with information. She looked annoyed when I would ask her about taxi number or hiking trails.
Liked: Friendly staff and great value for money. Breakfast was very good too.
Disliked: Nothing. I'm returning to the hotel in October!
Liked: Very nice hotel, close to the bus stop, a restaurant and a Quesadilla place. The room was clean with comfortable bad, it also was very peaceful and quiet during my stay. The employees were very nice and friendly. They didn't speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all. You can get breakfast if you want downstairs, and pay for it there. The choice of food was small, but enough, if you don’t want to waste time looking for other places.
Disliked: Everything was perfect, except the loud person in the other room. He was snoring almost all the nights and he was loud early in the morning. But this is not fault of the hotel.
Liked: The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no lift; however, the room was on the first floor, so not too much of a problem.
Traditional and friendly
Liked: Very friendly staff - I especially appreciated the fact they gave me a kettle for the room. Nice balcony and in an atmospheric part of town.
Disliked: Quite cold! (Not hotel‘s fault!). More charging points in room would bring it in line with more modern hotels, but I guess that’s part of the charm.
