Good
Liked: Clean and tidy, easy to book last minute after missing a flight out to Tenerife and easy to access at 02:00 in the morning. Taxi fare from Tenerife south airport was around 01:00-02:00 AM was reasonable at just over 16.00€ and only about a 15 minute journey. Access to the bus terminal the following morning to get to the North of the island was only an easy 5 minute walk away.
Disliked: I would have preferred a double bed rather than 2 singles but that may have been due to availability rather than lack of, to be honest I took what I could, so this may be a moot point.
Liked: The only thing we liked was the location.
Disliked: I take part responsibility not to check the place in detail. No kitchenette, at the least utensil, microwave. Apartment faced the street, noisy!
Good location for a one night stopover. Awful checking in process
Liked: Location was perfect, very central in El Medano for everything. It was clean
Disliked: Checking in system - terrible! All automated on a screen outside the front door, didn’t even see the screen as tucked away. No staff on hand to help, wasn’t in the booking confirmation details either, so rather stressful for us and other people checking in at the same time - awful.
Liked: Location is ok
Disliked: An automated hotel check-in process can be challenging, especially when the only customer support available by phone is a vague instruction to ‘find a white box’
outside until online check-in time, >30 degrees, receptionist inside, called, did not let us inside

Good value for money
Liked: For the price it was perfect for one night And we was able to leave our luggage in a secure room prior to check in at 3 and on check out untill we was ready to go to the airport.
Disliked: You can’t always get hold of someone on front desk.
