  By the ocean

  Liked: We spent there one week. Hotel needs a little refresh. Food was a bit salty and some dishes had no labels. Stuff was kind and smiling but had some troubles with communication in English. And I didn't get answear for my request.It was pleasant stay, but we won't back.

  Disappointment in Cartaya

  Liked: From the moment I arrived at reception to check in, the main goal of the staff was to get extra money out of me. The room I had booked wasn’t ready because they were very busy but I could have an upgrade for an extra €40 per night and that room was ready so I accepted as we were tired and hungry. Parking was available, but there was a charge. Again I accepted. There was a charge for the dogs even though they did not provide ANYTHING for them. Again I accepted. Our suite had a safe but yes, you’ve guessed it, there was a charge. You could get a towel for the pool from reception but you had to give them your credit card details. Overall I was completely disappointed. The hotel is too big and impersonal and it was not my cup of tea
