Exceptional
A nice and clean apartment with perfect location and really nice host
Liked: Really nice and clean apartment. Nice balcony with sun. The host was so helpful and nice. The location was good for both the new and older part of town. We run the marathon and the location was also good to the race start.
Disliked: Unfortunately the neighbour was psychologically unstable. She was screaming and slamming doors for hours. However the host was understanding and helpful. They did the best they could to fix the problem. Otherwise it was very loud and noisy in the building. You could hear everyone.
Liked: Location in quiet street. 10 mins walk from city centre. Very clean, good facilities in flat. Fast response from Ivan the owner, and clear instructions to get into the flat.
Disliked: Some of neighbours a little noisy, sound carried from other flats. earplugs sorted that out though.
Spacious, well equipped apartment in a great location
Liked: Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus routes, including the airport bus. Around 15 minutes walk to the centre of Elche. The street is quiet and the area felt safe. There are a number of supermarkets, cafes, bars etc in a 10 minute walking distance radius. The apartment itself is spacious with lots of storage space and a good kitchen. The host was quick to respond to our messages and was very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
Spacious, safe, calm place close to city centre, family friendly and inviting
Liked: Clean spacious home- lovely linen and towels Water in fridge - nice touch! Air con, wifi, shutters on all windows Fans in all bedrooms. A cot was provided - amazing! Toiletries and sanitary items provided A home from home
Disliked: Nothing to do with the accommodation. Parking was tricky. You will probably not find a space in the street. A few blocks down and you will. This is no fault of the booking. We had a pram so left it folded at the bottom of the communal stairs.
