Fabulous
Liked: Excellent stay! Beautiful and spacious hotel, surrounded by palm trees and with a moorish water garden. Breakfast was good.

Liked: The breakfast was very good, accommodating for gluten free people, and with a big variety. The location was very good, short walk from Elche center, and the people working in the hotel were all very nice. The parking was 6,50 Euro per day, which we found to be a good price.
Disliked: Some of the rooms are renovated and some are not - we got the old one and it was very outdated, very humid, with visible shower dirt or mold on the silicon around the bathtub. Very bad sound isolation, no kettle, old TV with no internet connection. If you get the old room, it is definitely not a 4 star experience, but rather 2 stars or less. For this price you would expect something better. Sauna and the gym outdated, you have to walk through the terrace to get there (on a rainy day not so convenient).

Liked: Lovely Hotel room very clean,staff all very friendly and helpful.Food excellent the restaurant first class,the only negative for us was the time for serving meals,would have preferred from 7 30pm. not 8.30 pm but apart from that it's really good.
Disliked: As I said only the time of the Restaurant opening 8.30 pm,we prefer an earlier time.
