Fabulous
We paid for the stay but could not get in
Liked: Apparently it is a very nice property, but we cannot judge that because we could not get in.
Disliked: Only when we read the mails from the Finca shortly before we wanted to go there we realized that we had to get the keys in another town several km`s away. In the booking information it was stated that the keys could be got `at the reception`, and only in the small letters somewhere down that this recpetion would be in another hotel in another place - and we do not read these small letters when booking a place. We do not travel by car, so we could not easily get there. When we phoned and asked for a cancellation because we could not get the keys this way we were told that this could be done if we would arrange this with Booking.com. But when we arranged this with Booking they did not answer the phone anymore and later on refused to cancel the booking. So we paid for the stay, but could not get in and had to book another place.
Buena relación calidad - precio
Liked: Muy limpio, el AC funciona estupendamente y las instalaciones están muy bien. La cocina está bien equipada.
Disliked: Si no tienes coche, no lo recomendaría. Nos hospedamos con unos amigos para ir a una boda y teníamos que usar taxis para todo. Es un poco inconveniente tener que ir a buscar las llaves a otro hotel y lo mismo para devolverlas. Las camas son bastante incómodas.
Liked: Apartment is modern, pool was nice
Disliked: The planes overhead are very loud it is not possible to speak outside when one is flying past (they fly past every few minutes). You have to check in at a hotel 5 mins drive away and return the keys (so unnecessarily inconvenient), you are charged a deposit of €200 for 1 night stay and then refunded it would be better to just do a hold on the card as most hotels do the charges are an issue if you don’t have a euro credit card.

Liked: The nature around the finca, quiet, it giving relax vybe
Disliked: It's easy to hear noise from the upper apartment
Liked: Overall surroundings with pool and plants and quiet area. It was really nice. There was washing machine as well to wash our clothes. The lance was quite clean and pool was also very clean.
Disliked: There was no place to throw trash and we had to literally go out and find a place. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen.
Nice apartment
Liked: The apartment was very spacious and clean, it was 9.8km away from the airport. Plenty of parking spots. There is a fridge and an electric hob also some pans, pots, plates and cups.
Disliked: No kettle, washing machine, toaster or complimentary tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar. But be careful there are 2 apartments with the same name (Apartamentos Santa Barbara suites and Finca Santa Barbara). When leaving be sure to dispose your own rubbish.You will need a car to get to the apartment as it is difficult to reach by public transport.Key collection and dropping the key is at a different location at Hotel Areca which is 6.6km away from the apartment.
