  Liked: LOVED IT!! hope to be back one day

  Disliked: Kids/babies/raucous teenagers in the pool, it just has more of an "adult only" vibe overall and I've had nightmares in the past with babies/kids sh*t*ing in the pool.. and the teenagers going OTT was aggravating and ruined the peace but can't have everything and we were all teenagers once.. but i think it should be adults only.

  Liked: Location is brilliant. Quite and very relaxed.

  Disliked: Didn't know that we had a shared bathroom. But in future I will book one of the on suite rooms. My fault for not reading the details properly.

  Disliked: I have booked a room with a private bathroom however, the room assigned did not have a bathroom at all. The bathroom was located in another section of the house, and it was shared with several other people. The person in charge blamed it on the Booking.com platform. Also, there was no refund in the booking or any sort of compensation, so we had to hold it tight. The experience felt like a scam, but without any option of where to go, we decided to stay.

  Remote oasis away from it all

  Liked: This is a beautiful property, the gardens and pool area are stunning. My room was rustic in keeping with the building. It was really clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It’s a remote location, so you need to know you won’t be close to anything, but that’s probably part of the charm so as long as you’re prepared for that then you can just enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The staff are very chilled and lovely.

  Liked: The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, like an oasis. Lovely vibes and very chill. The staff are all so nice, helpful and also chill. The resident guard dog is an absolute sweetheart 🧡

  Disliked: Mosquito repellent is a must here.
