  Very good for the price/location

  Liked: Close to shops and bars/restaurants helps so you don't need to rent a car for travelling. Couple that with the trains being cheap and easy to get to from the location meant we didn't have to worry about travel a lot during the stay.

  Disliked: Due to street level it meant that noise in early/late hours could be disruptive. Also, bathrooms had a strange smell, possibly due to drainage in the area. Quite a bit of roadworks / construction going on during our stay - not sure if this is a general Spain thing or not.

  Liked: This was up there as one of the best apartments we have ever stayed. We travel with our family several times each year for the past 20 years and if this host owned a hotel it would be 5*. Arrival and check- in was quick and efficient with welcome water and snacks set out for us weary travelers from Donegal Ireland. Lovely touch! The apartment is spotless with high end quality furnishings and beds and furniture. Both Bathrooms had a superb shower and very modern fittings along with towels etc. Services such as WiFi TV etc was fantastic and the washing machine was very handy as we had our teenage son with us. The apartment location itself is in a very safe location as well as central to shops, restaurants bus station all within easy reach! The host was very attentive from start to finish and was very kind to facilitate a very late check-out as we had a very late night flight and this was very much appreciated. Every thing about our 7 night stay in Elche was perfect due to the host and accommodation provided and I would go back and would thoroughly recommend. Definitely one of our best stays. Thank you.
