Exceptional
Room in Gehry building is stunning
Liked: Very kind staff, extraordinary architecture, great food
Disliked: All ok.
Liked: It's a very special place. The room especially the terrace was great wit a wonderful view of the lovely church and part of the hotel.
Disliked: There isn't anything we didn't like.
Good but not what I would expect from a luxury and expensive hotel
Liked: Lovely building from the architectural point of view. In a picturesque location among vineyards. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms
Disliked: We stayed only for one night, but unfortunately we missed the wine tour as we had no information from before. It was set from the hotel at 3:30pm on our arrival day and we had no other option to change it. So we couldn’t do it as we had made already other plans. Also the communal areas were dirty with spiders on some areas. I understand that as it stands in the middle of the vineyards you expect spiders etc but for a hotel like this I would also expect continual cleaning. Also we booked for a dinner, the food was excellent but the veranda where we were served had no ventilation/ air exchangers so as people including us were cooking the meat on the tables, all odours/smoke was remaining inside

Regretful. Waste time & money
Liked: The exterior design is unique, but it also significantly obstructs the view from inside. 外观设计很特别，但也挺影响从内向外看风景视野。
Disliked: Not recommended. Apart from the price, this hotel has nothing that feels like Luxury. The room hardware is cheap (synthetic wood, loose lamps, noisy and malfunctioning AC, sewer smell in bathroom), and the amenities and coffee/tea are only four-star level. Breakfast has very few options; by 9:30 several items were already unavailable, pastries were not fresh, and a winery hotel surprisingly serves no wine at breakfast. The spa water temperature is too low, and the steam room was still not on in the afternoon. Service is cold; the housekeeping cart was parked outside my door for three consecutive days. After complaining, the general manager blamed the architect and showed no self-reflection. Overall value for money is extremely poor. 不推荐。除价格外，这家酒店没有任何Luxury的质感。房间硬件廉价（合成木板、灯具松动、空调噪音故障、下水道返臭），备品和咖啡茶仅四星水平；早餐选择极少，9:30已有多项缺货，糕点不新鲜，酒庄酒店竟不提供酒水；Spa水温过低，下午蒸汽房仍未开放；服务冷淡，客房服务车连续三天停在房门口。投诉后总经理归咎于设计师，毫无自省。整体性价比极低。
