Exceptional
Liked: Excellent location, wonderful warm welcome. Service felt personalised, restaurant recommendations and then booking for us. Advice on the local area, very helpful. Beautiful setting.
Disliked: Our room was wonderful, thoughtful touches for our anniversary felt special. Clean white bedding and fluffy towels elevated the dated decor. There was black mold in the shower and it smelled a little damp. The bed was very soft and squishy I personally liked it my husband prefers a harder bed. The hotel is extremely old and beautiful none of this would put us off coming back for the location and price were perfect.
Elegant, cosy and lots of love
Liked: In the middle of the small city of Laguardia. Big comfortable room renovated and decorated like a room in a manor. So much zen, nice bedlinen and great bathroom.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: Lovely place in a very good location.
Disliked: Getting in and then getting the keys is a bit complicated, the board with who to call is inside the locked door so you don’t get to see it until after you get in 🤷
Magical stay in an historic home in picturesque Laguardia
Liked: We enjoyed the location, it was perfectly situated in the middle of Laguardia easy access to everything.
Disliked: Did not like that the room’s 2 windows only opened up on to an internal shaft and the room was on the 4th floor without an elevator.

Liked: The Manor House is in the middle of the beautiful medieval walled city, a great place to stay.
Disliked: The motion sensitive stair lights don’t come on until you are part way up the stairs so you need to use your phone light to ascend safely to begin with. A small issue.
