  Faboulous location in Espot

  Liked: Location and gardens

  Disliked: Stairs mats and entrance doors were dirty and not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. Reception was rarely manned, and it took nearly 15 mins for staff to locate receptionist when we tried to check in at allocated hour of 16.00.

  A nice hotel in Espot

  Liked: Location of the hotel is amazing, close to the hiking trails and central to the town. We liked the room temperature, we visited during summer and even without A/C the room was comfortable. Balcony views are amazing as well and breakfast was nice though very classic.

  Disliked: The elevator was half broken, meaning it works but you don't know if the doors will open. We had to go up and down a few times to ensure the doors open. The pathway to the hotel is not friendly for the luggage on the wheels as it is stoney making it a bit hard to move heavy luggage.

Pets cannot be left alone at the bedroom.

Quiet, non-aggressive pets that are domesticated and used to not disturbing other guests are always welcome.

A maximum of 2 pets per room is accepted and always subject to availability, the number of rooms that accept pets is limited.

In no case can the pet bathe in the hotel bathroom or use the towels. If needed, request them at reception.

The pet must always be accompanied. It is not possible to leave in the room without any guest present, except for breakfast.

Please note that there is an extra fee of 9EUR per pet and per night.

In all common areas the pet must be tied.
