Liked: Muy céntrica, cómoda y agradable.
Ok for the price, good location but wouldn’t return
Liked: Location was good, breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The room wasn’t as the photos showed. The blankets (winter blankets) where way too hot for the temperature and the room only had a small fan. My girlfriend was bitten by some type of insect (possibly fleas) because we didn’t see any mosquitoes.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
Disliked: We booked 2 PREMIUM ROOMS. Although the staff, the breakfast and the location are good, the hotel doesn't meet the expectations at all compared to the pictures on Booking.com. This is really a shame and not pleasant when arriving on your holiday. They do admit the reality doesn't meet the pictures, but no compensation is given. The pictures are really made more beautiful (through AI) to give a better and more classy impression. The bathroom is very tiny, dirty and stinks. It is worth noting that Booking.com provided excellent service when I reported this issue. Unlike the hotel, they were highly compassionate, supportive, and even provided compensation.

The Premium Room was identical to the Standard Double Room and in worse condition
Liked: The staff is very kind and helpful (within their means). The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean.
Disliked: We had a Standard Double Room for 2 days and then decided to extent our stay for one night ordering a Premium Room (since that was the only room that was left according to the hotel's offer). However, it turned out that we didn't get the Premium Room, but just another Standard Double Room (identical to the first one), but this time even worse than the Standard Double Room we had before. The shower was not enclosed splashing all over the bathroom and toilet seat right next to it. The standard double room we had the nights before had a proper shower/bathtub. There was no support for necessaires etc. this time, since it was broken off the wall. No curtain for the window either (the first room had a curtain). The only bin in the room a tiny "bonsai" trash can, absolutely ridiculous. Only one small chair for two people. The clerk was so kind to get us an extra chair so that I didn't have to "throw" my luggage on the floor. I told the staff we are not happy with this room, but they would only offer their suite for a even higher price. So, we had to go with our "Premium" Room. The next morning I asked the clerk at the reception for a partial refund (as a simple solution), since this was obviously not a Premium Room. The instant refund was refused with a standard Whatsapp giving me an email address where I would have to file my complaint in full details. So, my advice for customers to this hotel would be to make sure they get what they are asking for and are not charged for something else. Also, I know this hotel from last year. It has changed quite a lot, but not to the better. Additionally, as already stated in another commentary, the reception and breakfast room are now 50 meter down and across the street in another hotel. And finally, the place can be loud. Thin walls within the hotel and outside young people in the street talking and partying until 2am as last Tuesday night since there is a bar right at the corner.
Has been better in the past, but still a good place to stay
Liked: Staff is great. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean.
Disliked: By default they just give you the absolute minimum to be okay, i.e. one chair for two people, I had to put my stuff on the floor. Just a simple sheet on the bed, no blanket, no extra pillow. Reception and breakfast are not in the building, but 150 ft. down the street in another hotel.
