Liked: They never gave me my invoice after asking
Liked: The staff was very kind. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The room was clean.

Comfortable hotel but incredibly rude staff
Liked: good breakfast. good location. comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The staff at reception was appallingly rude - most likely stressed in the summer season but inexcusably aggressive with my family (telling me at one point to "shut it"). We had to wait nearly two hours to get the keys to our room when we had a sick child who needed to use the bathroom and lie down to rest. This is a real shame because the hotel is quite comfortable but because of the reception staff's attitude, I would definitely not recommend this hotel for a stay in Formigal.

Disliked: Food: worst dinner ever!!! Inedible food, very poor quality, badly cooked. DO NOT EAT THERE!!! Room: wry thin walls, you could hear people talk next door. Hotel has seen better days, only the bar area was really nice and up to modern standards.
