    Decepcionante

    Liked: Ubicación

Disliked: The experience was quite disappointing. The room is very small, to the point that there is barely any space to put your luggage. Moreover, the photos of the accommodation do not match reality; they give the impression of being old pictures taken when the building was first constructed, or perhaps even edited with AI. Another rather surprising detail is that there were no towels. The only thing provided in the bathroom was a cleaning cloth, which I’m not sure we were supposed to use to clean the bathroom before using it ourselves. The parking they advertise doesn’t actually exist either. When we asked at reception, we were told to drive around the street looking for a parking space, which is quite different from what you would expect when accommodation is advertised as having parking. To make matters worse, there is quite a lot of noise at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I feel there is a significant difference between what is advertised and what the accommodation actually offers. The room is far too small, it lacks basic amenities you would reasonably expect, the advertised parking is not available, and the nighttime noise makes the experience even worse. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

    A lovely stay

Liked: The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The facilities were great, especially the outdoor pool, with plenty of loungers. In late July at least, there was plenty of free parking opposite. Breakfast was great with loads of choice (the homemade muesli was delicious). Well placed to nip into France to the wonderful Petit Train d'Artouste d'Artouste and also to Panticosa. We enjoyed high mountain trekking at both. We also enjoyed seeing what we think we Griffen vultures flying over the hotel garden

Disliked: The restaurant was a bit expensive for us, so we went out, and which was fine.

    Nice hotel, bad service

Liked: The pool was great and the room spacious. Some of the reception staff were nice

Disliked: The service in the restaurant and bar was so bad. Some were nice, but if you asked for anything else it was like you’d had the most ridiculous request. For example the coffee machine at breakfast had broken and there was one at the bar but you weren’t allowed to use it until the bar opened at midday. There were only 2 high chairs and so many kids on the first night which made dinner quite difficult. We asked for apple juice for our baby from the bar but they said they didn’t have any as they couldn’t get some it’s only for breakfast. Some of the staff were just quite rude and unhelpful which is a shame as the hotel had a lot of potential but it ruined the experience.
