  Disliked the fact that smoking is allowed everywhere outside

  Liked: Everything was perfect.

  Disliked: I really disliked the fact that smoking is allowed everywhere outside. I would strongly suggest having designated smoking areas instead. For us, the constant cigarette smoke was very unpleasant and made it almost impossible to relax and enjoy the outdoor areas. It felt like we were breathing in cigarette smoke all the time. Because of this, I would not recommend this place for families with children.

  Disliked: Hotel staff communication. Failed to tell us about parking restrictions. Our car got towed, huge hassle to get it back. Poor management response, less than sympathetic.
