  Okay for a few days

  Liked: Very close to the airport and Puerto del Rosario. A nice beach close by. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and private parking

  Disliked: Very close to the airport. Noisy neighbours and a howling dog. Not the nicest area. Using booking.com as an intermediary made it difficult to liaise with the owner.

  Liked: Very clean and comfy apartment. Close to the airport in a quiet area. We had a rented car, but there is a bus station by walking distance.

  Perfect location, comfortable, spacious and good equipped apartment with everything what you need

  Liked: Quiet neighborhood, but close to the centrum (3 minutes with a car), balcony with an ocean view and a runway view (if you’re an aviation fan you will like it 🙂). You can admire the sunrise from the balcony. Neighbors are nice and the evenings are really quiet. Apartment is equipped with everything what you need and even more, is really clean and comfortable. It has its own parking space. Check in and check out was super easy, and the host was flexible with check in and check out time. I will definitely come back to this apartment. Highly recommend!

  Good place to have a quiet holiday with family

  Liked: Apartment is well located in quiet, residential area. Quite clean, well equipped with everything you need for even a long stay (9 days in our case). Close to the ocean, approx 300-400m, from two balconies you can see it, even the sunrise. You have to have a car as there is nothing around, no shops, no restaurants - not a problem in our case but cannot imagine having no car in this location. Good, private parking space belonging to the flat. It takes only 5 mins to drive to city center.

  Disliked: The only thing we did not like was very very cold floor in the whole flat but I believe it is a typical situation in other apartments too. Slippers are obligatory to have.

  Exceptional

  Liked: They were very informative and accommodating. They went above and beyond to arrange a new cot for our baby. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and some more.

  Disliked: The internet doesn't have full coverage in the apartment. WiFi connection is not the best on the tele which is next to the router. My suggestion would be to connect with ethernet which we did.

  Great apartment, I highly recommend it!

  Liked: The facility is definitely worth recommending. We felt like in our own apartment. There were 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and an additional toilet. In addition, as many as 3 balconies and a comfortable, fenced parking space. The area was quiet and peaceful, a typical suburb with terraced houses. 10 minutes' walk to the beach, 5 minutes' drive to the city and shops/restaurants. Our house was fully equipped, both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Very good WiFi, plus smartTV, so no one was bored. One of the better holiday stays we have had in recent years and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!

  Disliked: The only thing I could notice are these tiny pharaoh ants. But they were not in any way bothersome for us.
