  Really good host!

  Liked: We had an emergency booking as our flight was cancelled so only bedded down for a night. We had a really late checkin and it was no issue to Paolo. He made sure we were looked after the following day before a late flight and took us to the airport. Made a stressful 24 hours so much easier! Thank you

  Liked: The apartment was ok not great for part and hard to find

  Disliked: The host was very rude and refused to wait for me to give me the keys Spain won the football so all the roads were blocked to the route to the property police blocked access As football fans filled the roads celebrating so my sat nav kept relocating me the host would not help me he kept ringing saying he's not waiting I was meeting him at 12.30,am I asked for the location so I could find it better I got to the apartment to have a message he's not waited he's gone and can't wait I said he had to give me my money back as I booked it and not able to get access he then told me to drive back to the town and get keys from his house it was a right disaster he was so rude by the time I got sorted and found the apartment again it was 4.30 in the morning after being messed about by the host really bad attitude and I was very upset as I had no where to stay.

  Comfortable and well equipped stay:)

  Liked: I had a really great stay at this apartment. It truly has everything you might need, which made the experience super comfortable. The place is incredibly well equipped, you can make coffee, juices, and pretty much anything you can think of because all the tools are there. They also provide maps and guides for the island, which is really helpful, and even small details like having extra phone chargers available in a drawer make a big difference if you forget yours. One evening, my boyfriend’s sister came over for dinner with her baby, and we were pleasantly surprised that the apartment even had a baby high chair available:) Everything was spotless and very well maintained, and the owner was extremely kind, responsive, and always available if we needed anything.

  Disliked: The only downside during our stay was some noise from neighbors arguing late at night, but this is obviously not related to the apartment or the host in any way. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

  Great location and excellent value for money

  Liked: Exceptionally clean with everything you will need, on the ground floor in a residential block, 10 minutes walk to town centre or 50m from the local bus stop taking you to the beach, town or long distance bus station and the airport, or 10 minutes by taxi or car from the airport, plenty of local parking spaces, food shops close by, and great communication from Paolo!

  Liked: The apartment was clean, big enough for 2 persons.

  Disliked: I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for more than a one-night stay. The area is quite noisy, and we experienced disturbances from neighbors, with children running and playing in the apartment above until 1 a.m. Despite informing the host and requesting to cancel the remaining nights due to the lack of rest, he declined, stating he would only do so if a new booking was made. Fortunately, Booking.com assisted with the cancellation, as we couldn’t continue our holiday in such conditions. The following morning at 7 a.m, a dog was barking loudly in the stairwell for over 10 minutes, adding to the discomfort. While this place might work for a short overnight stop, it is not suitable for a peaceful or relaxing stay. Given the price, it felt like poor value – no warm welcome, just a basket with artificial fruit and a transactional approach. Sadly, it gave the impression that guest experience was not a priority.
