  Not bad, but doubt I'd return

  Liked: Edificio Prieto VIV N1 is a clean, modern, and spacious apartment located on the outskirts of Puerto del Rosario. With a separate living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, it offers a comfortable layout ideal for short stays. The living room features a small sofa, large TV, and coffee table, while the kitchen appears well equipped—though the reviewer notes they only stayed one night and didn’t fully use it. The bedroom is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower cubicle. Although the apartment sits about a 15–20 minute walk from the town centre, there are several local cafés and restaurants nearby, convenient for both arrival and departure meals. The hosts are friendly and communicative, though responses may take a little longer over the weekend. Overall, Edificio Prieto VIV N1 is a pleasant, modern apartment with good amenities.

  Disliked: One consideration for light sleepers: the building can be noisy. Wind tends to whistle through the central structure—described as sounding like someone blowing across the top of a bottle—and a small bar next door stays open late.

  Liked: Apartment was great equipped, you have absolutely everything you need for comfortable stay. Fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, tv, Netflix etc. towels have been changed during my stay, so it is not a hotel, it is an apartment, I was surprised! Free parking, location was great too for me, farmacy, supermarket, local cafe were close, 10 min walking. Highly recommended to stay here! Enjoyed it very much! Thanks

  Great lodging! We would stay there again in a heart beat!

  Liked: The spaciousness, the comfort, lots of nice detail. This was a bargain and we would have stayed longer if there had been availability.

  Disliked: Minor but no coffee cups and it was a bit challenging for us to locate. Fortunately another resident of the building helped us.
