  critical maintenance issues, a severe lack of basic soundproofing

  Disliked: Our stay at this property was, unfortunately, far from the relaxing getaway we had hoped for. While the location may have its merits, the apartment itself presented a series of significant problems that impacted our comfort and safety. Major Issues: Extreme Lack of Soundproofing: This was the most disruptive problem. There is absolutely no insulation between units. We could clearly hear and even follow the movements of neighbors in the hallway and adjacent apartments. The windows do nothing to block street or terrace noise, making sleep difficult even with considerate neighbors. New Year's Eve was, as you can imagine, impossible. Safety and Maintenance Hazards: The water heater is faulty. It builds up pressure when heating and leaks onto the kitchen counter. On our first morning, we found our bread completely soaked from overnight leakage. Furthermore, after heavy rain, a cascade of water flowed down the internal staircase, making it dangerously slippery. A neighbor nearly fell. Non-Functional and Broken Furnishings: The sofa bed was broken, yet we were not informed beforehand. We had to sleep on it the first night before a temporary camp bed was provided the next day. The listed Jacuzzi was out of order for the duration of our stay. Functional Inconveniences: The kitchen is too small to comfortably accommodate 4-5 people for dining. There is an insufficient amount of cutlery and plates (missing knives, forks, not enough dishes). The designated dining area with a table is located on the roof, requiring you to leave the apartment entirely to access it, which is impractical. In summary, this rental suffers from critical maintenance issues, a severe lack of basic soundproofing, and misleading amenities. We cannot recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful, functional, or fully-equipped accommodation.

  Nice place, need to be equipped much better!

  Liked: Its new building and apartment itself is good. Also location, very quite and parking free front of building. 2 bars, minimarket, breadshop very near! Checkin very smootly by keybox and codes. We had 1st floor apartment and could use roof terrace with spa bath and BBQ. Bathroom good and new, beds confortable.

  Disliked: Many things good BUT: Kitchen had VERY POOR equipped!! Table with 4seats, but size for 1 person only, and this apartment is for 4 persons! Maybe max 6 pax! Think that there is posibility to make BBQ and self catering, but really missing a lot of kitchenwares!!! Not possible even to make salad. Knives for 3 persons etc... Urgently need normal coffee machine With filter (19€), like we europeans use daily. And dining table for at least 4 persons. Roof terrace, glass room, had not even 1 light!!!. We bought candles! Apartment has neighter any firealarm or security, nor first aid kit. So, nice place but need to invest 100€ and good size dining table, other 100€. Waterheating termo in kitchen was leaking.

  Predominantly excellent, but let down by the facilities that didnt work

  Liked: The apartment was of a good size, and the beds were comfortable. The roof space was OK and the hot tub there was excellent.

  Disliked: The flat was poorly equipped, with only enough crockery and cutlery for max five places. With four adults staying we had to wash up after each and every meal. There was only one cooking pan, meaning cooking almost any meal was impossible. One shower head fell off straight away, meaning only one shower option was available. Worst aspect on arrival was (i) the refusal to give door key codes in advance, or even the name of the apartment within the block and (ii) the wholly cryptic nature of the door codes when they eventually did arrive. We did manage to get in, but many other guests will simply have to ring for an explanation of the cryptic clues. Please get this changed.
