  Nice spot in the city center, but they have to rewatch a bit about customer care in my opinion

  Liked: Very central position, great connection for the city center and the beaches at just 50 meters from the hotel

  Disliked: The hotel and the rooms are a bit too old…. The first night especially was terrible, I booked a room about 32mq but they gave me a room that was half of the size after the same payment. After I went to the room and saw a that it was not the one I booked and paid for, I went to the reception to complain about it, they said I had to wait till the day after to talk to the manager because they did not have other rooms available and they can’t make a refund or room change without his permission The day after I talked to the manager, a very rude man with a very rude attitude. Instead of changing my room as soon as possible, or at least give me a refund, he kept a very rude attitude and said they can give me only 15€ of refund for the night I slept there in the wrong room (a bit too low in my opinion, seen that I room I paid for was 120€/night, and the room they gave me was the half of the size….), without even mentioning the inconvenience they created to me, to remake my luggage 2 times in two days I still didn’t have the refund by the way, and in my opinion it’s even too low just 15€, only for the room mistake made by them, usually they have to give some free benefits to spend at the hotel bar, instead I only received a bad attitude from the manager Rooms are not that new, especially the shower it’s in bad conditions in both of the rooms I’ve seen

  Liked: Helpful staff. Stunning views. Good choice of breakfast. Clean room cleaned nearly every day.

  Disliked: The only mirror was in the bathroom no other room! Only bedside light working in bedroom.

  Location location location

  Liked: Location location location...Clean rooms with friendly staff. Cleaning crew do an excellent job. Excellent breakfast although fruit options not as good as previous stays.

  Disliked: Hotel is dated especially the pool area & the hallways. Some storm damage has been crudely jury rigged as repairs. The hotel has been bashed about with trolley damage etc. That being said. We look forward to our next stay.

  Dated, noisy and in disrepair in places

  Liked: The location was excellent

  Disliked: I didn’t sleep one night. The air conditioning was making a random noice every 5 minutes that woke me and my wife up. Although we complained several times nothing was done. We had to turn it off and open the patio doors but as the hotel is centrally located and very near to a nightclub this didn’t work either.

  A good hotel in a fantastic location

  Liked: This hotel is in the best location in Corralejo. Very good breakfast. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Pool towels are provided for a small deposit (returned when you hand back the towels at the end of your stay) There is also a small deposit to pay for the key to the nightsafe (again, refunded at the end). The air-con worked very well and it was pretty quiet. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

  Disliked: The property is a little dated. The picture of the hotel is a little deceiving as it hides the pathway between the hotel and the sea. All of the ground floor is taken by other bars and restaurants, but this is not a problem. The balcony in our two-bedroomed apartment was absolutely tiny, only room for two small chairs. I believe other rooms though have a bigger balcony. The bathroom was also extremely small. Again, I believe other rooms have a bigger bathroom. The master bedroom had no hanging space whatsoever. There is one wardrobe in the second bedroom though.
