  Disliked: the fact that many food items weren't clearly labelled whether they were suitable for vegetarians or not or whether they contained alcohol. We had to constantly wait for a chef to ask throughout the 7 days. Food was excellent - but a simple V would have sufficed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Iberostar Gaviotas Water Park Hotel and were genuinely impressed by the quality, variety and attention to detail throughout our visit. The food was exceptional. There was an incredible choice at every meal, from delicious sushi and freshly prepared dishes to fresh roasts and an impressive selection of steaks and other options, including beef, salmon and pork. Breakfast offered an equally huge variety, with something to suit every taste. And the desserts were simply amazing — the range and quality were outstanding! One of the biggest highlights for us was the huge range of activities included at no extra cost. There was so much for both children and adults to enjoy, making it incredibly easy to stay entertained throughout the holiday. The poolside entertainment was fantastic, with a great atmosphere and plenty going on during the day. The spa and wellness centre was incredible and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. The facilities were excellent, including a fantastic hydro-jet pool, which was a particular highlight. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of exceptional food, outstanding facilities, fantastic entertainment and an amazing range of included activities makes it a brilliant choice for families and couples alike. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!
