  Dream family holiday

  Liked: This property is exactly the same as shown on the pictures - if not better. It’s spacious, clean, in a quiet location & the management were incredible. Met us there late at night due to delayed flight & we found a small wasps nest in the garden. Within 30 mins of messaging, they had it removed! They also left us an incredible welcome hamper & because we were arriving after shops had closed. I requested some extra items & they provided them at no additional cost.

  Disliked: Nothing at all, it was amazing. The only thing worth mentioning. The fourth bedroom has a small single bed with a pull out. Might not be suitable for 2 adults, better suited for children/teenagers. 3 full bathrooms & a separate toilet. A car hire is definitely needed if staying here to.

  our family thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this villa

  Liked: we loved the garden and swimming in the heated pool. we had a few BBQs during the warm nights. the villa was massive and loads of room for the 4 of us. we used all the facilities including the hot tub at night. we enjoyed relaxing on the huge comfy sofa

  Disliked: there was no instructions on where to put all your rubbish and nobody told us we also had to purchase our own bin bags. the pool could have been a lot cleaner as it was full of dirt, leaves and sand at the bottom. i burnet my hand on the oven because there was no oven gloves but when we contacted them they did drop some of 2 days later. there wasn't enough hot water for the 4th person in the showers

  Communication with Natalia from the start was splendid. A good holiday

  Liked: Location is splendid. 15 minutes easy drive to Corralejo, little more than half an hour to airport. Superdino, Spar equivalent some 500 m from villa.

  Disliked: There's a lot of competition out there and if you book early enough you might get the same or even a little more for less. I am sure that Chic Villas are lettings agents for the owners of villas like these, so Natalia's service is SPLENDID, but they might do well to communicate with the owners to invest a little in order to bring," Oliva Dreams" up to the standard of the finest.
