  We had an amazing time.Music and drinks at the pool.Activities at the pool also.Food was lovely and plentiful and enough

  Liked: Pool area, close to the ocean, majority of the staff friendly

  Disliked: It is not a 4 stars property as advertised. You must pay to use the safe in the room or to change the pool towel to fresh one. Food is bland and not the best quality. Gym doesn’t have working AC and equipment is outdated. Our room was a “suite”, the door were missing in between toilet and bathroom area. Hairdryer is from 90s stuck to the wall. Beds don’t have a proper bed frame, they are more like a pull out beds. Our bedding was not changed after 4 days, we had to ask for it. No stations to refill the drinkable water. Cats around the lobby area - personally I am not allergic but if someone is, that’s a problem - it is not advertised that random cats from street are allowed to sleep on the couches that guests are sitting on in the lobby.

  Disliked: Everything, not for us room in dark behind trees, nothing around? Very little food choice, but staff fab and really clean, gave us full refund, that we weren’t expecting, nothing really wrong just not for us

  Great location but the facilities were disappointing

  Liked: The location, closeness to the beach

  Disliked: The food was bad, the drinks were undrinkable - even the soft drinks and soda’s. Rooms were OK but outdated, could do with better pillows. Spa has a hidden fee for entry.

  Wonderful super chilled stay!

  Liked: Great hotel. Everything you could want with helpful staff and great facilities. Food was decent with lots of options and different themes each night. Had a really good stay. Very chilled time, just what was needed.

  Disliked: There's not much else around the hotel, so hiring a car would be an idea, but the hotel more then made up for that and would definitely stay again.
