  Lovely setting but food & meal options let it down massively

  Liked: Our suite was great and most of the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The pool is lovely - especially with the infinity pool view and the Oasis area very relaxing with good food.

  Disliked: The food in the buffet was terrible, no-one checking whether you had paid for the meals or not, no-one to explain how the buffet area worked (where to sit etc) so anyone could have eaten there and when you pay for half board/full board this is infuriating!!! There is only one buffet restaurant with the same choices every day. The 'a la carte' restaurant is only open twice per week and doesn't have any guests apart from the odd person or two. Pool area got extremely busy and sunbeds were snapped up quickly. There's an entrance charge per day for the Oasis & anything from the bar/restaurant is charged, even if you are 'all inclusive'!! You cannot sign anything to your room as it's operated separately. Based on their food/restaurant options I would NOT recommend the hotel. There is also nothing for teenagers to do unless they want to watch the football or some sort of 'entertainment' show.

  Liked: Clean, comfortable fabulous infinity pool Alberto the young receptionist was exceptional

  Disliked: Food wasn't really to my liking, not much choice for vegetarian at breakfast other than fruit, no white bread rolls Mini fridge wasn't very cold

  Peaceful break in beautiful serene surroundings

  Liked: Food choice was superb, pools and facilities were excellent and grounds were beautiful and well kept, staff were very happy and helpful (with the exception of one miserable guy) rooms were well equipped and the cleaning service was superb

  Disliked: Spa was closed for refurbishment, not near to any nightlife or nice shops, cafes etc, local town was small and very quiet, one of our bedrooms smelt foisty and damp, the bottom of the main pool needed some maintenance work done on it

  Excellent place to relax for escape from stressed life

  Liked: Its just perfect. Nice hotel, quite location, comfortable beds, beutiful view, fabulous garden with a fantastic pool. Breakfast excellent, staff friendly.

  Great way to unwind in beautiful settings

  Liked: The architecture, the settings, the vibe is exceptional. The vegetation in the hotel is actually very impressive. Decent hearty food, and great atmosphere of the hotel overall.

  Disliked: Rooms can be a little noisy at times. The doors are not soundproof. You will find it hard to stay in bed after 9.

  Liked: Hotel is perfect.5 star 🌟 🤩 no complains. Food is good. breakfast is great dinner always lovely.location litelbit far from center.but ok.you need to rent a car on Islands to see something.
