  Not like pictures

  Liked: The location.

  Disliked: The villa is nothing like the photos which are either altered on AI or from when it was 1st listed, the outside area is in a terrible state. Tired and dilapidated. The pool must have a leak as someone came unannounced every other day to top it up, we arrived to a dead pigeon in the pool. Building work on a wall adjoining meant there was no privacy, work men just walking through the property unannounced, lots of noise. Electrical issues meant both showers couldnt be used as the electricity would cut out. Extremely over priced, much nicer well maintained villas in that area that we have stayed in before. Inside property much more acceptable than the outside, but still needs some updating. The golf feature on roof is in bits, broken clubs. The mgmt company need to update the photos on booking.com and alter the price accordingly

  Liked: 15 minute walk into Caleta bus was dearer than tax i which was 3/4 euros Bus station in caleta to visit other areas Went to rosario but not much there Lots of food places to eat in caleta n lovely place to walk round n spend time there Market twice a week

  Disliked: Only one settee not enough fir 4 people Chairs weren’t comfy at all Pool hadn’t been cleaned n maid didn’t mop floors so lots of dust on floors

  Nice stay and peaceful location

  Liked: Lovely villa with large garden, private pool and putting green on roof was a bonus! 10 min walk to the main shopping centre and a short taxi ride into the centre (walkable for those wanting to get some steps in!)

  Disliked: En-suite bathroom had some mould issues and flaky wall paint as a result. Broken sun-lounges were a shock when we fell off them! Minor issues all fixable.
