  Nice Villa with amazing breakfast, super clean and a lot of space

  Liked: Very nice Villa with double rooms and shared bathrooms, a lot of space in the room and bathroom to hang and store your stuff, super clean with daily cleaning of the common areas, breakfast was amazing, the common areas, the garden and pool were perfect to relax and get in contact with others, the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen, with literally everything you need and super organized, location was perfect to check the surf spots of the north shore and easy to go to lajares or el cotillo for cafes, restaurants or shops, will definitely come again.

  Disliked: The beds could be a bit bigger or comfier, to bo honest, there's more than enough space in the rooms. The house isn't very soundproof, so you can hear every conversation outside the room, but with simple earplugs I could sleep perfectly fine

  Great stay overall with excellent breakfast options

  Liked: Really great stay, super friendly host, excellent breakfast with attention to detail

  Disliked: Unfortunately it is so thin walled that you can literally hear anything at anytime from anyone. I couldn’t sleep at all without AirPods. Maybe an idea as an investment for the future would be to implement heavier doors for the 4 rooms downstairs …

  Amazing place and Staff (!) but too noisy for us

  Liked: The breakfast was amazing and the overall atmosphere was great too. There is a lot of space to hang out and relax and it is very easy to get to know the other quests. There is very good free coffee and a great kitchen where you can use all kinds of equipment like a fridge, stove and bbq.

  Disliked: The rooms were extremely noise. You could literally hear every single word spoken in the living room whilst in your room and vice versa, giving very little privacy which is not ideal when with your partner. The bed and door of the room were very noisy too. For light sleepers I'd take the deluxe room or no room as we had very rough nights 2 out of 3 nights.

  Liked: nice place with a rich breakfast served in the common kitchen. the staff is always very available and helpfull (in particolar thanks to Gabriela who helped me with the wifi repeater and 360 helpfull information)
