Good
Not worth it, location is the only good thing about it, would rather walk more than stay again
Disliked: Really unclean and unkept, weird smell, plumbing issues, hidden costs that were not mentioned in the booking ad, took 4 days out of the 7 we stayed to fix the wifi
An excellent value option for two people
Liked: Excellent location, a stone’s throw from the beach and restaurants and shops all nearby. Great basic kitchen utensils to cook, washing machine, and well-functioning air-conditioning that cools quickly and maintains a very pleasant temperature. Staff was friendly and easy to access when needed.
Disliked: Very basic decorating, leaving little space to put things (e.g. no cupboard in bathroom, no hangers for towels, no shelving anywhere in the property, etc. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I would say that this is for 2 people max. rather than 3, which does feel like one too many.

Disliked: Had to pay for the jacuzzi bath so didn't use

Not worth it
Liked: Gandia has excellent beaches. The apartment is 50 meters away from them.
Disliked: The place is not in a great shape. Pictures on web do not show reality. Our room was cold and dark, and smelled of excessive bleach. Literally nothing is provided as far as basics like soap, towels etc. Blankets are unwashed. Instead a parfume is used to cover unpleasant odours. It is impossible to reach the host, even though they have manned reception. Quite a depressing week for us.
