Exceptional
Liked: I liked the location just 100 meters from the sea, the ground-floor apartment, the availability of underground parking for residents, the view from the balcony and the balcony itself where you can enjoy meals in the fresh air, as well as the presence of all necessary household amenities.
Disliked: As for the downsides, the apartment could use some minor cosmetic repairs. It is also difficult to set the air conditioner to heating mode. One of the rooms, the one with the bunk bed, is too small — like a train compartment.
