A great base to explore the Grau. We look forward to returning

Liked: Great location close to bars and restaurants in the Grau. Supermarket close by.

  Disliked: Nothing really.

  Not for a second time

Liked: The location, quiet neighbourhood. Good wi-fi

Disliked: The bed wasn’t comfortable, the smell in the bathroom was terrible. There were some areas that needed a clean. The are not enough sockets. There are no extra blankets for the double bed.

  Great for the money

Liked: Great location, good space, nice furnishings, 2 toilets! Near all the services you would want and the fantastic Gandia beach (though we drove down, as it was hot). Great communication and help from management. Nice quiet block.

Disliked: A strong smell of smoke.. Tricky to gain access, not expecting to find the key some distance from the gate.
