Horrible. Never again, please don’t book here. No contrate este servicio, horrible
Liked: Nothing, horrible customer service, they have some absurd rules like keeping the A/C remote in the office even after we paid the fee, so we didn’t have air conditioning and we had to go to another hotel to sleep.
Disliked: Arrived after office closed. Paid for the fee to receive the keys but they had the remotes in the office until next day, crazy reasoning. The apartment is advertised with terrace but not all have it. They don’t have wifi for the most part, crazy to see this in Europe in this century. The apartment was in very poor condition, we had a big fight and were able to change the apartment.
