  Liked: Marta is a great host. We brought our folding bikes and she was happy for us to store them inside. She even helped with some WD40! Her cat and dog are gorgeous.

  Liked: Marta is just an amazing host, and her dog and cat were also a good company. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were all very good equiped and everything was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is shared with other rented room, which was empty during our visit, so we had bathroom all for ourselves. Additional bonus: she has a piano and we were also able to play on it!

Good to know

In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.

The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests aged 16 and over. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
