Fabulous
Liked: Very nice appartment, clean and big. One master bedroom wirh separate bathroom, 2 small bedrooms. Suleika very flexible and supportive. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Good apartment in local resident complex
Liked: 3 bed apartment on 9th floor, good air conditioning in all rooms, nice terrace. Close to supermarket, well equipped kitchen. About 10/15 min walk to beach or port. Clean throughout.
Disliked: Travel cot broken so one side collapsed down - just about ok for our 2yr old but would be unsafe for baby. Contacted owner but no other cot available. Furnishings in bedrooms and hallway poor quality - drawers broken and falling apart. Pool opening hrs (11-15 & 17-22) suited to locals but not really holidaymakers. Shallow end of pool 1.2m so not really suitable for kids who aren’t strong swimmers. No baby pool which was a big downside for us.

Liked: Lovely modern apartment with everything you need. Amazing views of the mountains and in a great location, just 10 minute walk to the beach.
Overall, a good place for a short stay
Liked: Clean and tidy. Everything worked.
Disliked: Small shower cubicle in the main bathroom was the only thing.
DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER OR "NO ES ORO TODO LO QUE RELUCE"
Liked: Location was ok (Gandia Playa but about 1 mile (+/- 1.5 km) Grocery stores were close by Easy access to main roads Renovated faciliities and convenient 2 bathrooms, with nice balcony Kitchen well provided (crokery, utensils, etc) Usually no problems parking on the street near the building
Disliked: Spotty internet (constant problems trying to stay hooked) They did not offer to change our towels (they have a washing machine: are we supposed to do their jobs -without any detergent provided-???)So: same towels for 8 days! Host: pleasant enough... by the law of the minimum effort. On arrival her demeanor was: anything else? anything else? like she wanted to get out of there... pronto!! and then she did not contact us not one single time while we were there (need to change towels, for example?) They provide a lot of cleaning stuff and nothing in terms of courtesy provisions. I got the message: keep the place clean and don't bother us about having some coffee/tea or sugar. No much courtesy happening at this place. The parking garage: difficult to access (we never did, always parking on the street) The swimming pool was, plainly, part of the building decorations: there were so many restrictions that I never saw anyone ever in it or around it Officially there are water views, but lateral and quite small and far away! The view of the mountains were better!
