  A peaceful, well-serviced seaside escape that I highly recommend for anyone seeking tranquility

  Liked: This is a very nice hotel that is perfect for a relaxing vacation if you are looking for peace and quiet. The location is ideal, with the beach just a short walk away. I found the food to be quite tasty, and the staff deserves a special mention, they are incredibly attentive. Whenever I noticed something needed cleaning, they handled it immediately. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. The Bad:

  Disliked: The only thing to keep in mind is the dining arrangement. Because the hotel uses a buffet system and many guests stay here, the restaurant can get quite crowded. You may need to be a bit strategic with your meal times to avoid the rush.

  I will never in my life stay at another Versus hotel. Ugh

  Liked: The property presents well.

  Disliked: I didn’t feel a warm welcome from the staff. I was ignored at the front desk for several minutes even though I was the next person to be served. No one looked up and said I’ll be right with you or anything appropriate for a client waiting. I had to inquire what was going on then they barely obliged. I also had issues with my ‘do not disturb’ sign being removed multiple nights (I had one night through booking.com and several more continuous nights through a group festival event). The staff entered the room every day even when I verbally told the cleaner who was the same person the entire time I was there, that I didn’t want my room cleaned. She had an excuse every time saying the sign either blew on the floor or just shrugging her shoulders. The all inclusive buffet was also a lot of fried food, not much variety and you still had to pay for juice at dinner. You could get water and wine included but not juice. Ridiculous.
