Very disappointing stay
Liked: The house has a traditional Canarian style with volcanic stone walls, which gives it some character. There is also a shared kitchen with basic equipment, making it possible to prepare your own meals.
Disliked: Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The room was much worse than expected. The blankets were extremely old and worn out, and the toilet was not properly cleaned when I arrived. (smelled of pee) There was no air conditioning, only a dehumidifier. The room became unbearably hot, especially at night, making it very difficult to sleep. The complimentary shampoo and shower gel were very small (around 20 ml each), which was not enough for a one-week stay. The Wi-Fi was also unusable in Room 4, with little to no signal during my stay. There was no staff available on site. Everything was handled through an AI chatbot, and during my entire week I never saw a single employee. If you needed help, there was nobody to speak with directly. After two days, someone entered my room even though no cleaning was done afterward. I asked them not to enter again. The location is very isolated, and getting around by public transport was difficult because of the limited bus connections. Overall, I was very disappointed with this stay and would not choose this accommodation again.

Liked: Large room with kitchenette and ensuite.
Disliked: A little remote but still only a few minutes walk from a bus stop!
