Great value accommodation with views in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in Tenerife

Liked: Good location, convenient for facilities and parking. Nice apartment, reasonably well equipped.
Disliked: Noisy road front and back. Could do with some updating.
Liked: Our stay at the Casa Blanca - Canary Home Apartment in Garachico was very nice and comfortable. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room with kitchen and dining table, another room with a TV and sofa, a balcony, and a beautiful terrace. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, which made our stay very convenient. We visited in January and felt a bit cold at night, but the host was very kind and immediately provided us with a heater when we informed them, truly appreciated their kindness and prompt support. The apartment is very close to the shore and also quite near to the town center. There is a lovely upstairs terrace where we could sit, relax, and enjoy coffee with an amazing view, we absolutely loved it. There is also 24-hour free parking very close to the apartment, which made things very convenient for us. One thing to keep in mind about Garachico is that it is not very close to the highway, so each time we traveled to Costa Adeje or Mount Teide, we had to ascend and descend a hilly road. We were not aware of this earlier, so just sharing for convenience purposes. The hosts were very responsive to messages, prompt, and extremely kind. They were always there to guide us whenever we needed help, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the apartment, view, and host were excellent. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place. We would love to come back again if we visit Tenerife in the future. Thank you for your kindness! 🌸
Quirky sea view apartment
Liked: This is the sort of place that you wonder what have you let yourself into! From the roughly painted front door to the battered and bashed front balcony it's a place oozing with promise. OK so the bed is a low one but once we were flat out we had good nights sleep. ( We're into our seventies and our agility is of that age!!) Shower absolutely brilliant with a big shower enclosure and loads of hot water. Strange that the washbasin only has cold water,another quirk that you quickly get used too. Kitchen has everything you'd need even if the kitchen units are of another age. There is also a washing machine under the stairs. Up the spiral staircase to the terrace. There is a 360dg view. The table and chairs were recently added and they are a great asset,it would be sinful not to make much use of this space. Unfortunately our stay in Nov/Dec coincided with a long spell of broken weather so we could only make limited use of it. The front faces nearly due North so does not get the winter sun which rises at 9am as in comes up from behind the mountain. In summer it must be lovely to sit on the front balcony in the sun watching the sea and people on the promenade. To get onto the balcony you have to haul open a heavy wooden door. More quirks. For the price this is a good value place,with good location in a village full of interesting shops and restaurants and ample parking. It was also very clean and freshly painted.

Lovely little flat in an amazing location
Liked: Amazing location with a great view from the balcony and roof terrace (though it was too windy to use the terrace when we were there!). Really responsive hosts who were on hand to answer questions. The washing machine was a bonus, and they provide the best hairdryer I've ever had at a hotel/airbnb! Flat was available to enter at 2pm and check out was midday.
Disliked: There could have been more basics in the kitchen, e.g. oil, salt, pepper - rather than small single-use sachets.
