  Bed bugs, shower did not drain, generally dirty

  Liked: The location was good.

  Disliked: !! Beware of BED BUGS!! We arrived here and the room smelled musty and was not very clean. We looked at the mattress and noticed staining, but because the room seemed so damp, we thought the dark stains were mold or mildew. However, we ended up getting bites during the night here, so the mattress staining is most likely from bed bugs. Additionally, the shower doesn't drain. Overall, the price for this room was very high considering how poor it was. Lastly, there is no staff on site. This was not very clear before booking. Just an FYI.

  Disliked: It was not cleaned properly, lots dust on the floor, used schampo in shower. Kitchen could have some paper towels. Whisked for proper glas in room, not plastic. Service personnel (lady) seemed stressed and referring to “you got all info in the message”, not offering stamp in pilgrim credential even though they would leave shortly for the day.

  Stay was fine. Accommodations were not what we expected

  Disliked: Kitchen facility highly lacking and unclean. No fan in our room. Shower door did not work well
