Liked: The house is beautiful, the breakfast was simple but nice, the pool is lovely - a good location to visit beaches nearby but also close enough to drive to Bilbao

Beautiful hotel, a couple of quick-fixes away from perfection

Liked: Beautiful, well designed property. Breakfast was simple, but offered fresh fruits, bread, pastries, cheese and ham. Pool was lovely.

Disliked: The location on a main road could be noisy. However, we found that putting the shutters down and closing the windows softened most of the noise. A fridge in the room would transform the offer, as it would allow you to have a drink at the place on an evening. Laundry option would be great too.

Could be amazing but isn’t yet

Liked: Beautiful property - very stylish and tasteful decor Lovely swimming pool Relaxed atmosphere

Disliked: Uncomfortable mattress and pillows Unbearably hot in the bedroom - no air conditioning or fans so very difficult to sleep. Asked for a fan but they only had 1 and it was being used in another room. Breakfast nice but nothing special Not easy to find someone to ask questions and get recommendations This place could be amazing but needs a bit more on the customer service
