  Pleasant stay

  Liked: Leire was very helpful and attentive. The appartement was comfortable, clean and well equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay even for cooking (salt, pepper, oil,etc), I strongly recommend it.

  We can recommend it for a family with kids who want an urban place in the city

  Liked: Nice apartment in a quiet, centrally located area, with lots of restaurants nearby.

  Disliked: Parking isn’t easy, but we always found a place. The location is urban, with all its pros and cons.

  Not as expected

  Liked: Unfortunately we did not complete our stay as on arrival at the apartment building, is was nothing as we expected

  Disliked: On arrival at the building, there was construction work ongoing and scaffolding all around the building. The apartment is at the back corner of a large apartment building with alot of clothes from neighbour apartments hanging out of balconies. The area is very disadvantaged with a group of homeless occupying a derelict neighbouring building. This property location was in no way suitable for a couple with a young child.

  Exceptional

  Liked: The apartment has a very good location, approx. 5 minutes walk from the Areeta metro station, in a quiet neighborhood. It is nicely designed in a stylish and convenient manner and well equipped with everything that we needed. The owner likely lives there (at least occasionally) so it has a very personal feeling of home, not a hotel room. Wi-Fi is stable and fast. Parking is difficult in the streets nearby, so we had returned the rented car after spending a week in Picos de Europa. However, the owner provides directions to find free parking some 10 minutes from the apartment (we did not try it).
