  Perfect stay, staff so helpful and friendly nothing a problem, fab location

  Liked: May be only river & bridge view I can put into the plus.

  Disliked: The hotel has to get the renovation & the staff has to pay more attention to cleanliness. The location was not good, but it was my mistake to change the location from Bilbao center to Biskay bay.

  A wonderful end to our holiday

  Liked: A nice hotel situated in the old city just by the river and very near Puente Bizkaia. Nice staff. Free coffee all day.

  Disliked: Noise from the surrounding both late evening and early morning. Air conditioning in our room was not functioning. Heavily overpriced breakfast with a lot of miniature dishes, but without the essentials you want for breakfast.
