  Liked: The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: I had some issues during check-in. I couldn’t open the main entrance door downstairs using the online key, so I had to wait a long time until someone came out and I could get inside. When I tried to open the apartment door, the key got stuck in the lock, and I couldn’t remove it. I was also initially given the wrong Wi-Fi password. Everything was eventually resolved, but these issues took quite a bit of time and made the check-in process more complicated than expected.

  Piso pequeño con terraza

  Liked: Estaba todo limpio y había suficientes toallas.

  Disliked: Se supone que llamas al piso desde el telefonillo de la calle y la puerta se abre automáticamente. Bueno, pues a nosotros no nos funcionó. Llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que a ver si podía venir la persona de guardia, pero que no sabían dónde estaba. Menos mal que una vecina muy simpática nos abrió la puerta y subimos al piso porque la persona de guardia estaba a 1 hora de allí. La cerradura es inteligente y se abre con un link que te envían. Después ya están las llaves dentro. Hablé por tlf con otra chica y le pregunté si había aire. Me dijo que no, pero tampoco nadie ofreció traer un ventilador ni hacer nada. En la calle estábamos a más de 30 °C y todas las ventanas estaban cerradas, por lo que el piso era un horno (el termostato de la calefacción decía 28 °C). El baño es pequeño. Muy pequeño. No hay ni sitio para poner un neceser. El parking está en otro edificio. Hay que coger las llaves en el piso para poder entrar. También es muy pequeño. Nosotros tenemos un coche de unos 4,40 m de largo y menos de 1,85 m de ancho y queda justito por los lados. Antes de entrar nos mandaron un vídeo por WhatsApp explicando cómo moverse por el parking para encontrar la plaza. También nos enviaron las instrucciones para entrar y cómo funcionaba la cerradura inteligente.

  Our contact dud not call back when we requested fans. Very unhappy with response. Considering finding alternative proper

  Disliked: The location, very industrial area. A lot of stairs to get to high street/transport links. Noisy at night. Uncomfortable bed. No fans or sit con in hot apartment. Was not able to sleep well due to heat. Open smelt of chemicals when heating up. had to turn off as made is cough. Polluted area.
