  Nice location & restaurant but hotel condition and staffing needs improvement

  Liked: The location was very charming and the beach access from the hotel was quite nice. Views were wonderful. Staff was friendly in both the hotel and the bar/restaurant. The rooms were spacious and the restaurant had wonderful food.

  Disliked: Staff was friendly but almost never present at the front desk, which caused problems on multiple occasions when I needed assistance. The property was marketed as 4 stars, but in reality seemed like 2.5-3 stars. There were mosquitos in my room and the a/c was broken, making the room very hot and uncomfortable. Getting into the room via punch code was quite complicated as the keypad didn't always work reliably. Stairs throughout the property were unavoidable, which was a major nuisance for me as a woman traveling alone with heavy luggage for a long stay.

  A very disappointing and overpriced hotel

  Liked: Very helpful staff at the reception who did his best to fix problems and was very kind. Thank you.

  Disliked: No bedside table No lamp at the bedside as the bulbs had blown; on the other side and above the TV, there’s just one bulb Strong smell of sewers Bathroom door doesn’t close properly and is a sliding door Small bed No breakfast available before 9.30 Restaurant: mice move freely (the staff found that "normal"), undercooked squid; not clean Terrible sea view Stairs to get into the hotel (not accessible), but help is available Tiny TV screen Nowhere to put your suitcases The sign at the front facing the road is flashing because the bulbs need changing Small wardrobe that smells musty There’s a safe, but it can’t be used

  Would choose another place

  Liked: Its next to the beach but Very Old.

  Disliked: The staff except for the Algeria Guy who is Very amazing and Pleasant!!!!! The rest don’t care about customer LITERALLY!!!
