  Do not book this property, mould and dampness throughout the apartment

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing stay. The moment you enter the apartment building, even before reaching the apartment itself, you can already smell a strong smell of mould. Inside the apartment, the smell was even more noticeable and there was significant dampness throughout, making the apartment feel wet and uncomfortable. Even the bedding felt damp while we were sleeping. This had a major impact on the quality of our stay and, in our opinion, the condition of the apartment was not acceptable.

  Liked: It was a wonderful apartment in a lovely location

  Disliked: After our stay they tried to charge us for some stained sheets! As well as a plastic cover which we never even touched.

  The accommodation is not suitable for letting until the damp problem is resolved

  Liked: The location allowed excellent access to the beach and promenade. It was easy walking distance from the tram stop. The furnishings were modern and in good condition

  Disliked: There was MOULD on the walls in the kichen/living room and in the hallway. The atmosphere was damp inside although the weather outside was dry and hot. It seemed to get worse the longer we were there (5nights) with the bedding eventually feeling damp and papers we left on the table getting damp We were unable to fully lower the shutter in the bedroom so were unable to shut out the lights from the traffic passing right by the bedroom window or reduce the noise.

  Very good

  Liked: Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Great location.

  Disliked: Some elements could be cleaner: towels, living room furniture. The TV is broken: after 20 minutes it starts flickering.
