  Clean but I wouldn't stay again!

  Liked: The place was easy to find, there's parking and easy access to the property. All clean, bathroom, kitchen and the living space. Fridge, washing machine and some towels.

  Disliked: The photos are not representative of the property or I stayed somewhere else! It's just a bunch of flats in someone's basement, with the landlord seating on top of you! VERY noisy and obnoxious landlords! As soon as I arrived, their kid and family started playing football in the car park! Where my car and others are parked! Not precious about my vehicle but it stressed me out, I'm on a holiday and don't need a broken windscreen! And the noise with that football!! There is a garden with grass right next to it but no, they had to play on the concrete and make a hell of a noise! There is a table and chairs outside but impossible to enjoy any of it as you risk taking a football in the face. All the meanwhile the landlord looks at you with an empty look on their face! I don't think this place is really suitable for letting if I'm honest. To finish it off a broken toilet seat.. it's never pleasant when it's so easy to fix! And the TV is huge for such little space, totally obnoxious, like the landlord! I'm asking Booking for a partial refund, totally unpleasant experience! I am on holiday and needed a rest, I ended up leaving the place to go rest in a local park and only stayed to sleep!

  Very poor quality/price ratio

  Liked: The bed was not bad. Hot water.

  Disliked: Quite dissappointed, that the minimum have not been met. Sometimes in our trips we just want a clean and confortable (even if simple) place to stay where we can cook and wash our clothes. This was not the case. Where to start: 1. This room was finished probably not so long ago, and we could notice some lack of attention to the finalization (appartment 2 not in the photo!) - somehow acceptable 2 - What is not acceptable is some marks of humidity 3 - Lack of attention to the details (no hands towel, soap, minimum dishes or cups) 4 - No internet - if such exists has not been communicated or provided, even after request 5 - Worst: no communication from the owner to check if all was ok or answer a simple request on the wifi password. After the owner no more replied our messages. We did the check-out in the same way we did check-in (the keys on the door), we informed the owner, and no more information from their side. We did reserve almost last minute so probably we payed the price... too expensive for what we got! We don't recommend!

  Liked: Clean, cosy, fresh renovated apartment. We stayed at apartment A. Well equipped kitchen with all necessary stuff plus a coffee maker. The only thing we were missing was a kettle and mugs. There is a floor air conditioner for cooling and two electric heaters. Normal, non creaky bed. The owner provided us with all necessary information and always was in contact.

  Disliked: We couldn't close the door to the bathroom as it was swollen a bit due to moisture. Lack of the kettle and mugs.
