Exceptional
Lovely Gijon. Beaches, the promenade, excellent food, friendly people, what more can you ask for!
Liked: Very centrally located. A hop to the beach and many stores and restaurants near by. Parking spot is super convenient
Disliked: Only drawback is street noise but it dies down by night time
Great location and host, well equipped but smaller than anticipated
Liked: The location is excellent and the kitchen is small but very well equipped. The host is exceptionally efficient at responding to messages and very helpfully provided us with very good fans to help combat the heat.
Disliked: We stayed during a heat wave and struggled to stay cool enough to sleep at night, because all the windows are on the same side, opening onto Calle Celestino Junquera, which is much busier than Calle Concepion Arenal where the entrance door is. Some of the photos are no longer accurate (eg a flimsy shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom not a fixed screen), some aspects of the flat are worn and not as clean as they could be. The upstairs bathroom is en suite to one bedroom, making its shared use a bit awkward.

Everything I needed was provided, making my stay both convenient and relaxing. The level of service was outstanding, and it was evident that the owners are very attentive and committed to maintaining excellence. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant and stress-free stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Gijón. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for big family or group of friends
Liked: We had great time in fantastic location. It is really situated in very city centre. Super spacious apartment really comfortable dining area and living room. We were all amazed with cosy rooms and balconies. Very well equipped kitchen. Parking spot was 5 min walk away with easy access arranged by the host.
