Very good
good localisation, room acceptable, but air smelled like smoke
Liked: room is acceptable. Althougt our room had a smell that seems tabaco. And we do not smoke so. It should be clean since we informed that we do not smoke
Disliked: location is very central, have supermarkets near by, old town is close, parking and restaurants very closto.
A clean place on a great location, but kind of pricey for what you get (e.g., no minifridge)
Liked: Great location, very clean, and friendly staff.
Disliked: Check-in process is a bit cumbersome, and could be explained better in advance that the keys need to be picked up at a nearby hotel (whose entrance is via a bar/cafe next to such hotel). Also, the lack of a minifridge is a big con.
Adequate but would not stay again
Liked: Situated in a good location, next to the hotel, but in a residential block. One key card opened all the doors which was a good idea. The room was a good size and clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom ok.
Disliked: Staff were not very welcoming upon arrival and were no help what so ever when asked about where to park the car, we were told it was street parking, but there was very little available, and the car parking costs were much higher than the 13€ stated in the information. It cost us 21.65€ for just a short overnight stay, and was not easy to find a nearby car park with any spaces. Take this into consideration when booking. The other downside with it being in a residential building were the noisey tennants upstairs, walking around in what sounded like hob nailed boots and moving every piece of furniture. We did not have a particularly good nights sleep. When we used the cafe next door which is part of the hotel for Breakfast, locals were served before ourselves, that is no way to treat paying guests.
Liked: A very good value for money. Really central location. A good option for pilgrims to stay one night in Gijon.
