Guest reviews
Very good
Good location. Friendly staff
Liked: Gloria is as very nice and helpful with everything I needed. I was able to leave my bags after checkout for a couple of hours with no issue.
Disliked: The key card can deactivate easily if by your phone so be careful of that but Gloria was helpful in getting it reset
Functional, clean, modernised hotel, priced for its location. Competent and up to par
Liked: Location on the esplanade. Secure parking nearby. Friendly and competent staff. Clean.
Disliked: Price reflects location rather than facilities. Wifi on high floor(8th) kept dropping out.
Overall great
Liked: The location is great
Disliked: They were very messy with the booking system. We extended the stay for one day and they charged my card with the extra day but without the breakfast included (we weren’t inform about that) then we had breakfast in the morning and they charged my daughter’s card (she did the reservation for me) and they didn’t tell us. Also as we extended the stay for one day, the keycard stopped working so I could not access the room I went to reception and they fix the card immediately. For a four star hotel these things should not happen. The staff members are nice but they need to be more efficient.
A very poor example of a basic hotel
Liked: Basic
Disliked: Very basic
Good area but o expensive
Liked: The location was near the beach and walking to the centre was easy.
Disliked: The aircon did not work and the evening was very warm. The air in room didnt circulate even with an open window. The ad said paring is available. The parking was provided by an outside company. The price of the room was to not in line with the comfort and quality i am used to for 275 per night
Liked: Location was fantastic.
