  A fair budget option for the price, but with a few caveats

  Liked: We had a wonderful time staying here! The location was great, and check-in was super smooth thanks to clear instructions. The host was always responsive and easy to communicate with. The place itself is awesome — we especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, and having both a TV and a washing machine made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

  Disliked: Overall, the apartment is okay for the price, but there were a few issues with cleanliness and furnishings. First, the furniture looked very mismatched and awkward — as if gathered piece by piece from flea markets or handmade. Some items had a rather rough/coarse finish. Second, when we checked in, there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes in our bedroom (someone had clearly smoked there), along with visible dirt marks. On the other hand, the second room where our child slept was much nicer and cleaner. In summary, the place offers decent value for money, but both the furniture and the overall cleanliness could certainly be improved.

  Cool flat

  Liked: My partner and I stopped off for one night while travelling across Spain. The flat was easy to access, is quiet, cool, doesn’t have air con but not needed. The kitchen is a bit basic with no electric kettle but does have a washing machine and microwave. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night. It has a very quirky decor with lots of books so feels like someone’s home. Has free street parking, local shops nearby, about 10 minutes drive into wonderful Gijon which has a fantastic beach. We enjoyed our stay and were thankful for the cleaner allowing us a few minutes grace as we were about 20 minutes late checking out. Would recommend.

  Liked: Looks much better in pictures than in reality. Not bad but not clean. There was a humidity smell in the whole apartment. Expensive to what it offers.
