Great apartment
Gem of a property in Gijón
Liked: The apartment was very comfortable and contemporary. The location was very nice and relatively close to old town and the beaches. The terrace and balcony were both fantastic also. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
Disliked: Nothing.
Excellent apartment and great value for money
Liked: Beautiful and very comfortable apartment. The apartment has everything you need and it is a very clean apartment. Very well located with close proximity to the city, beaches and transport. Communication from the host was excellent. Highly recommend for couple with 1/2 or two children.

I recommend this place
Liked: Flat is only 2 year old. All furnitures and kitchen eqipment is new. Usually frying pans are scratched and impossible to use but it is not the case in Terrazas de Argandona. Coffee machine works well and coffee was provided. Very big TV, comfy beds, nice and comfortable bathrooms, big terrace plus balcony. Shopping mall 3 minutes walking
Disliked: There were some works in the building in front of ours, so it might be quite loud during the week till the time they don't finish.
Superb
Liked: Nice flat, nice furnishings and beds. Easy check in and out
Disliked: 8 euros extra for the off site parking
The place is great! We’d definitely stay there again, if we are ever back in Gijón
Liked: Eva was a great host, she met us to give keys and parking instructions.
