Fabulous
Liked: Person from agency was responsive at late times to ensure we did not have problems checking-in and told us we could leave the bags in the office the following day while we visited around. Property was clean and very well-located.
Disliked: A little pricey for a night.
Really poor which was disappointed

Disliked: The lifts were a risk to life having open wires having to be touched to make it work as the button was missing and I am a disabled person the corridors were filthy and poorly maintained the air con didn’t work at all even though we walked to the office to let them know and they said it had been looked at and working it was 39 degrees and we could open windows or breathe no one has come back to us with an apology or maybe propose a re visit at their cost as we go there many time a year using both bravissimo and flateli
Nice place, with some details to take into account
Liked: Nice place, with good heating system and quite well equipped, perfect location and amazing fast wifi.
Disliked: I didn't find comfortable their app for check-in, the contract paperwork and necessary deposit, it's something additional to common appartments and found it quite tiring. Check-in was really bad at arrival, they provide lot of instructions but nothing was clear and it was quite stressing, it should be easy to improve on that point i think. In the kitchen i had to wash everything I used as every single thing was really dirty.
Liked: Excellent location and great communication and assistance from Bravissimo team. Apartment was comfortable and reasonably well equipped.
Disliked: Quite a noisy building generally with the ground floor garage door below the bedroom making sleeping quite difficult without earplugs. The loft services some kind of school/college which means the street outside is quite noisy on regular occasions. Bathroom getting a little tired and the shower head wouldn't stay on the holder bracket which was annoying.
This was perfect for our trip to Girona and the location was 10/10
