Very good
Liked: The location was very nice for my needs. Also, quite close to the old city. I liked the app-based key delivery.
Disliked: I would prefer the app-based key to be delivered a bit earlier, so that I'm sure it works. Nevertheless, everything worked nicely in the end.
nice, roomy apartment, complicated check in and check out
Liked: nice, very roomy apartment. not too far from the city. garage place available practically next door
Disliked: the check in system requires installing of an app and is in itself quite complicated. the hosts wanted to be let in half an hour before the contractual check out time to change the batteries. they were slightly rude about it, spoke only Spanish/Catalan? and made rude noises at me not understanding what they actually want. the check out conditions also demand you take out the trash but there is no information on where the bins are located.
We did not get to stay and the were unhelpful In assistance with getting into the apartment
Liked: We were unable to get into the property. Initial information for the stay was that someone would meet us. But this did not happen then we were denied access due not being able to pay on line 4 euro! This is after they had taken the booking money!
Disliked: We were denied access to the property and there was limited help on line!
Nice Apartment walking distance to historic Girona
Liked: Nice apartment that i would love to live in! Very adequately equipped apartment. Cata was in good communication all the way to meeting us on arrival. She made v good recommendations as well 👍
Disliked: The parking is an obvious challenge. A small car is helpful A very big car might not fit into the lift. Be patient. The best way in and out is a straight alignment before entering the lift.
Very good
A nice apartment within easy walking distance of the centre of Girona
Liked: The apartment was within easy walking distance of the centre of Girona. It was a relatively quiet area near to the park. The apartment was well organised and had all of the equipment needed for a self-catering break. The washing machine and tumble drier were really useful as we are cyclists. There is a restaurant next to the apartment and a really good bakery. We'd recommend this apartment for cyclists as you can keep the bikes in the basement, though it would be ideal for anyone wanting a self-catering apartment in the beautiful city of Girona.
Disliked: There was quite a lot of dust in the apartment - especially under the bed. Driving into the lift (which takes the car down to the underground carpark) was tricky as you need to get the car turned at the right angle. A huge SUV would not get into the lift - luckily, we don't have one.
